We combine creativity, precision, and hospitality excellence to deliver unforgettable moments that resonate with exclusivity and sophistication.As Account Director at Black Flower Agency, you lead and grow a portfolio of prestigious client accounts, delivering tailor-made luxury Brand Experiences. You cultivate exclusive relationships, ensure flawless execution, and embody the agency's commitment to excellence, creativity, and premium hospitality services.Your mission :Leadership & Relationship ManagementLead the design and development of brand experience concepts and hospitality programsDevelop strategic growth plans for high-end clientsLead and coach the team with a focus on excellence and creativityFoster long-term, trust-based relationships with luxury clientsIdentify new business opportunities and drive account expansionRepresent Black Flower Agency at premium industry events and social gatherings. Project ManagementDefine and implement operational frameworks for luxury activationsOversee proposals and client presentations with precision and eleganceSupervise project execution, ensuring quality, budget control, and client satisfactionCollaborate with production teams to deliver immersive brand experiencesEnsure hospitality services reflect the highest standards of guest managementIntegrate brand storytelling into every touchpoint of the eventSupport cross-functional collaboration across business unitsMonitor KPIs and lead post-event debriefs to drive continuous improvement. Financial ManagementEnsure profitability across all luxury projectsManage overall account portfolio budgets with strategic foresight. Administration and ITMaintain accurate records and tools to support operational excellencePromote best practices in CRM and reporting systems. What we're looking forMinimum 10 years' experience in Communication or Event Agency with luxury industry focusProven success in delivering high-end experiences for international clientsExperience managing Director-level relationships in global corporationsStrong leadership in managing mid-size to large teamsFluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus (Italian)Proficient in MS Office and CRM toolsDegree in Event Management, Luxury Hospitality, or BusinessExpertise in marketing, communication, Hospitality services and brand experienceStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsOutstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilitiesImpeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.MCI is where you can bring your true self to work and be proud of what you do.
