For our client, a leading production company in the CBD cannabis sector, we are looking for a Head of Cultivation (m/f). We are a recruitment agency founded in 1996, with offices in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced supervisor in the cultivation department  (m/f) for an immediate start or by arrangement.Your Responsibilities:Lead and oversee daily cultivation activities, including planting, growing, and harvestingEnsure plant health and optimal environmental conditionsManage and supervise cultivation staffOversee proper functioning of equipment and toolsEnsure compliance with company standards and legal requirementsMaintain accurate documentation and reportingIdentify opportunities for process optimizationYour Profile:Initial leadership experience in a production or cultivation environmentIdeally, experience as a certified ornamental plant grower (EFZ) is an advantageStrong knowledge of plant biology, pest management, nutrient management, and related cultivation practicesFluent in English Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plusTeam-oriented, flexible, and reliableWhat We Offer:A varied and responsible roleA motivated and collaborative teamAttractive employment conditions and opportunities for developmentThe chance to be part of a growing and dynamic companyInterested?Mr. Luca Mainardi looks forward to receiving your complete application documents.
