Supervisor cultivation

For our client, a leading production company in the CBD cannabis sector, we are looking for a Head of Cultivation (m/f) . We are a recruitment agency founded in 1996, with offices in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced supervisor in the cultivation department (m/f) for an immediate start or by arrangement. Your Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily cultivation activities, including planting, growing, and harvesting Ensure plant health and optimal environmental conditions Manage and supervise cultivation staff Oversee proper functioning of equipment and tools Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Identify opportunities for process optimization Your Profile: Initial leadership experience in a production or cultivation environment Ideally, experience as a certified ornamental plant grower (EFZ) is an advantage Strong knowledge of plant biology, pest management, nutrient management, and related cultivation practices Fluent in English Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable What We Offer: A varied and responsible role A motivated and collaborative team Attractive employment conditions and opportunities for development The chance to be part of a growing and dynamic company Interested?
