For our client, a leading production company in the CBD cannabis sector, we are looking for a Production Process Supervisor (m/f). We are a recruitment agency founded in 1996, with offices in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Process Supervisor (m/f) for a permanent position, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily production processes, including trimming, packaging, and quality control Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery Supervise, support, and mentor production staff Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices Document production activities and report to management Identify potential risks in production workflows and implement preventive measures Collaborate with other departments, particularly Quality Assurance, Cultivation, and Compliance Your Profile: Initial leadership experience in a production environment Ideally, practical experience in cannabis processing Strong knowledge of production, packaging, and quality control processes Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills What We Offer: A varied and responsible role A motivated and collaborative team Attractive employment conditions and development opportunities The opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic company Interested?
