Responsible for providing critical support to the front desks by ensuring that all trade-related activities are properly captured, verified, and settled in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.YOUR CHALLENGEVerify and confirm trades executed by the front office, ensuring accuracy and completeness of trade detailsMaintain accurate position records, reconcile trading activity against external sources (e.g. custodians, exchanges), and investigate any discrepanciesCoordinate with settlement teams to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades, resolving any issues that may arise during the processProvide data and analysis to risk management teams to help identify potential risks and exposuresAssist with audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirementsYOUR PROFILEStrong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading strategiesVoluntary corporate action experience, i.e., tenders, cap raises (rights issues), is essentialSound knowledge of trade capture systemsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements, such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MiFID IIProficient in MS Office and other software applications used by the departmentRelevant experience in a trading-related role in back or middle officeHigh school diploma or equivalent required; university degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational capabilitiesWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
