Job descriptionLead with agility, enable seamless BizDevOpsYour Role & ResponsibilitiesAct as a servant leader for one or more agile teams in the data management domain, guiding them towards high performance and continuous improvement.Facilitate Scrum events and team workshops, ensuring purpose, efficiency, and alignment with agile values.Coach Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.Drive BizDevOps practices: ensure seamless integration between business, development, and operations to enable end-to-end value delivery.Support and evolve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and cloud-based application operations.Actively contribute to the Agile Release Train (ART), remove impediments, and drive transformation topics within the organization.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, BizDevOps Engineers, and Agile Coaches to share best practices and strengthen agility across the company.Promote self-organization, ownership, and continuous learning within your teams.Job requirementsRequired Technical & Professional ExpertiseMinimum 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in a scaled agile environment (SAFe).Strong leadership personality with the mindset of a Servant Leader and proven coaching skills.Solid knowledge in BizDevOps practices (bridging business, development, and operations) combined with hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud environments (CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, AWS, Azure or OpenShift).Background in software engineering (e.g., Java, Python, Angular) and good understanding of modern application architectures.Experience with data-driven solutions such as sensor data, IoT, Big Data or Machine Learning, as well as relational databases (preferably Snowflake).Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Instana) and agile collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Teams).Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), SAFe Scrum Master or Kanban Coach are a plus.Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with strong coordination skills.Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to foster collaboration in complex team dynamics.Strong drive for continuous improvement, personal development, and agile transformation.Fluent in German and English.
