You will provide Strategic Architecture Management:• Proactivelydevelop and evolve enterprise-wide architectural vision• Createcomprehensive architectural frameworks that support business objectives• Designlong-term technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals• Establisharchitectural governance principles and standards• Managetechnological complexity and interdependencies across the organizationBy which you will shape the strategictechnology direction of our organization, ensuring the alignment of ITsolutions with business objectives. Reporting directly to the Head ofArchitecture and Solution Design you will drive innovation for IATA and theAviation Industry at large.What your day would be likeThe Architecture team leads efforts to design and implement enterprise-wide unified solutions, establish technology standards, and provide guidance on technology investments. As the Senior Enterprise Architect, responsible for a number of Business Capabilities relating to Aviation such as Operational Safety and Security. You will play a pivotal role in defining our technology roadmap to ensure that our IT initiatives deliver high quality Digital Products and Services for today and for the future.To achieve this, you will:Collaborate with IATA and Industrybusiness leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic goals and definetechnology requirements.Develop and maintain comprehensivearchitecture blueprints and roadmaps that guide technology decisions.Evaluate emerging technologies andindustry trends to recommend innovative solutions.Lead architecture reviews and ensureadherence to architectural principles and best practices.Provide technical leadership andmentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.Partnerwith project managers, developers, and product owners to ensure the successfuldelivery of IT projects.
