Known for our iconic winter boots and growing all-season collections, we are expanding globally and looking for a dynamic, hands-on team member to strengthen the link between our Sales and Finance departments.We are looking for a Sales Support & Finance Coordinator – a role that bridges the gap between sales operations and finance. You'll ensure smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and transparent reporting between customers, agents, and internal teams. With a strong accounting mindset and commercial understanding, you will be key in ensuring that our numbers, processes, and relationships run seamlessly.Department PlacementThis position is part of the Finance team and works in close collaboration with our Sales and Logistics departments, acting as the central connection point to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations across all teams.AufgabenManage and coordinate sales order processing from purchase order to deliveryCreate and verify sales invoices, credit notes, and ensure accurate posting in the accounting systemAccounts Payable Processing and Bank Payments Prepare and maintain commission reports for internal teams and external sales agentsSupport customers and agents with account, delivery, and invoice-related questionsMonitor receivables, pre-payments, and credit limits, ensuring alignment between sales and finance dataMaintain accurate sales reports, support monthly reconciliations, and assist with analysis for managementAct as the go-to person between sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaborationContribute to process improvements and automation in reporting and order handlingQualifikationBackground in accounting, finance, or business administration (commercial apprenticeship or similar)Experience in sales support, order management, or finance operationsSolid understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and commission calculationsTech-savvy with experience in ERP systems (SAP Business One is a plus) and ExcelDetail-oriented, structured, and solution-drivenExcellent communication skills in English and German (both required)A hands-on personality who enjoys working in a small, international teamBenefitsA diverse and dynamic role in a growing Swiss fashion brandFlat hierarchies and room to shape your area of responsibilityA creative, international environment based in the heart of ZürichEmployee discount on all INUIKII productsIf you have a passion for structure, numbers, and great shoes – and you love being the connection point that keeps everything flowing – then we'd love to hear from you.Stay bold.
