Key to our success are the people we employYOUR MISSIONJoin us this summer as the Head of Hospitality at our camp, where your leadership will shine You'll inspire a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while ensuring all hospitality operations run smoothly. Collaborate with various departments—Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance—to create unforgettable experiences for our campers. Step into this pivotal role and make a lasting impact on our camp communityYOUR RESPONSABILITIESLeadership of a team of hospitality staffCoordination and oversight of daily hospitality operationsSupervision of all hospitality-related activitiesServing as the point of communication between support staff and the camp management teamProblem-solving and delegating tasks within the hospitality departmentCollaborating with Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless serviceYOUR PROFILEMinimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residencyPrior experience in a hospitality positionAbility to supervise staff and experience in people managementGood organizational and time-management skillsFluent in English, with additional language skills as a plusDemonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stressCreative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacityExperience working in multicultural environmentsHOW TO APPLYPlease send us your complete application (CV, covering letter, diplomas and certificates) via our website The closing date is 15 January 2026.
