Key to our success are the people we employYOUR MISSIONJoin us as the Head of Entertainment, where you'll lead a talented team dedicated to creating an unforgettable entertainment program for our campers In this dynamic role, you'll plan and execute a variety of engaging activities, ensuring every camper enjoys a memorable experience. Your leadership will cultivate a vibrant environment where creativity and enthusiasm flourish, making each day an adventure. If you're ready to inspire joy and foster lasting memories, this is the perfect opportunity for youYOUR RESPONSABILITIESLead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativityEnsure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leadsDevelop and oversee the camp's entertainment schedule, including evening and on-campus activitiesSupervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operationsServe as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitorsDelegate tasks for efficient event executionYOUR PROFILEMinimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residencyPrior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordinationAbility to supervise staff and experience in people managementGood organizational and time-management skillsFluent in English, with additional language skills as a plusDemonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stressCreative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacityExperience working in multicultural environmentsHOW TO APPLYPlease send us your complete application (CV, covering letter, diplomas and certificates) via our website The closing date is 15 January 2026.
