**Head of Logistics**
From 19th June to 3rd August 2025

As the Head of Logistics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of camp logistics. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all logístical aspects, including transportation, equipment, and supply management. Your leadership will be essential in creating an efficient and organised environment that supports all camp activities. If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic setting, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

**YOUR RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop and implement logístical plans to support camp activities effectively.
- Manage transportation arrangements for campers and staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement and distribution of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure logístical needs are met.
- Lead and train the logistics team to ensure high standards of performance.
- Address and resolve any logístical issues that arise during camp operations.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or camp management.
- Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus.
- Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress.
- Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
