The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who thrives on building strong partnerships, solving challenges, and helping clients succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as theprimary point of contactfor assigned clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs, goals, and challenges.Guide customers throughonboarding, training, and product adoptionto ensure long-term success.Monitor customer health metrics, usage trends, and engagement levels.Proactively identify and resolve issues toreduce churn and increase satisfaction.Collaborate withSales, Product, and Support teamsto ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.Develop and maintainsuccess plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)with key accounts.Identifyupsell and cross-sell opportunitiesto support account growth.Advocate for the customer internally to help shape product development and strategy.Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking inCRM tools(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight).QualificationsBachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–6 years of experience inCustomer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations, ideally in a B2B environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability tobuild long-term client relationshipsand deliver measurable results.Experience working withCRM or Customer Success platforms(Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and KPIs.Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.Fluent inEnglish;German or Frenchis a strong advantage.What We OfferCompetitive Swiss market salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model (office + remote flexibility).Opportunity to manage high-value customer relationships in international markets.A collaborative and customer-centric culture.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Work with an innovative team that values excellence and client success.
