**Your responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager (M/F/d)**
- **Onboarding**: Ensure that new customers have the smoothest possible start with the Eturnity solution and quickly achieve their goals
- **Success Management**: Maintain regular contact with our customers and provide flexible support with their questions and challenges. Your goal: satisfied customers who grow with the Eturnity solution and explore new business areas (e-mobility, heat pumps, photovoltaic systems)
- **Ownership**: Take the lead on complex customization and development projects for our clients
- **Liaison**: Act as the interface between customers, product management, and development
- **Innovation**: Use your insights and customer feedback to help drive the development of smart new features

- **Purpose**: Contribute to accelerating the energy transition through your work
- A completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a (B2B) SaaS environment - ideally in customer success, onboarding, or account management
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer journey automation
- Technical interest or background in renewable energy (PV, heating systems, etc.) is a plus - but not a must
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize smartly
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; fluency in Italian is a plus
