A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Be accountable for the development of corporate strategy and guidelines governing global base pay policy, recognition, pay ranges, job architecture and gradingEnsure Global C&B Unit comprehends C&B policies and strategy, provides advisory to the Global C&B Unit and other HR colleagues (incl. GHRBPs) on compensation & org/job design matters to enable SCB's strategy and objectives.Work with senior leadership, clusters and the HR community to ensure that compensation practices align with the organization's goals and values, and they monitor industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitiveOwn the compensation annual processes strategy in alignment with the Global C&B team, Performance and GHRBPsSupport with the preparation of Compensation Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetingsAbout youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:Master's Degree, preferably in HR, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law or equivalentMinimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably in retailExperience with Executive compensationKnowledge of Mercer and Korn Ferry grading systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, being able to manage complex topicsExcellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skillsExperience in performance managementProficiency in Excel and WorkdayBeing a financial acumen is a plusTeam orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationInnovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitudeWhat we offerYou can expect a range of benefits, including:Swarovski products discountsFull coverage of accident insuranceAttractive pension fund conditionsWell-being offers available on-siteSubsidized public transportation or free parkingEmployee canteen with buffetMasters of Light Since 1895Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.Founded in 1895 in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world's finest crystal, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as crystal objects and home accessories.
