Our comprehensive global Fire Safetytechnologies encompass a wide range of areas, including detection,alarming, evacuation, extinguishing, danger management, andbuilding management. The Detection &Signaling Product Line provides innovative and state-of-the-artdetectors, signaling, and supplementary peripherals that safeguardlife, health, and assets within the global fire safety ecosystem.It upholds a commitment to sustainability and technology with apurposeful intent. Within our dedicated Detection & Signalingteam, we are seeking an experienced Product Line Release Manager todrive the successful execution of our product line roadmap. In thisrole, you will take end-to-end responsibility for coordinating allreleases - from concept to launch - across the complete productline portfolio. You will lead the release management process, andensure readiness for market introduction while meeting scope,budget, and quality targets. As the central point of coordination,you will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, andrelease managers to synchronize timelines, manage dependencies, andmaintain governance standards. This position requires strongleadership, strategic planning, and the ability to orchestratecomplex, multi-project environments without direct projectexecution responsibility. Your new responsibilities: - End-to-End ReleaseManagement: Oversee the global product line roadmap and ensuresuccessful execution of all releases from concept to launch bycoordinating dependencies across multiple projects to ensure timelydelivery within defined scope, budget, and quality targets -Strategic Planning: Develop strategic and annual release plans,including resource and capacity planning, while aligning prioritieswith key stakeholders such as the Product Line Head, ProductManagers, and project teams - Performance Analysis : Monitor keyperformance indicators to ensure development efficiency, productquality, on-time delivery, effective risk management, and optimalbudget utilization - Team Leadership: Coordinate the global releasemanager team to ensure consistent processes, synchronizedtimelines, and effective communication for multi-projectdependencies - Process Ownership : Optimize and orchestrate releasemanagement processes, while maintaining comprehensive planningdocumentation - Compliance and Governance : Ensure adherence tointernal governance, regulatory requirements, and securitystandards throughout the development process - StakeholderManagement : Serve as the main coordinator between product line andproduct development teams, tracking project progress and reportingstatus, dependencies, and milestones - Innovation & RoadmapSupport : Facilitate innovation, product strategy and roadmapdevelopment, ensuring seamless collaboration with product managersand engineering teams Your talents and experience: - Universitydegree or higher education in engineering, project management, or acomparable field - 10+ years of project management experience, inproduct development or engineering projects, preferably withinsafety-critical or regulated environments - Proven track record inplanning, executing, and delivering complex hardware and softwareprograms on time and within scope, with strong emphasis on meetingregulatory compliance, and quality requirements - Experience withinthe fire safety industry or related building management systems andservices is highly valued - Demonstrated ability to manage andcoordinate a consolidated budget across multiple interdependentprojects - Excellent leadership and people management skills, withproven experience in leading global teams and coordinatingcross-functional stakeholders - Familiarity with lean/agiledevelopment methodologies, such as SAFe, is advantageous -Resilience in challenging situations, a well-structured andanalytical approach to work, and excellent communication andinterpersonal skills are essential - Proficiency in English is aprerequisite.
