**Requirements**:

- Experience in a business analyst / product owner position with high-volume, multi-stack integration solutions and multi-service architecture projects
- Subject areas: trading, exchange, blockchain
- Experience with commercial projects in Agile teams
- A good level of English (B2-C1). The team is multinational

**Will be a plus**:

- Experience with financial solutions and tools, understanding of fintech topics, digital assets, DLT/Blockchain, etc.
- Proficiency in the analytics toolkit: knowledge of notations (BPMN, UML etc.), process design tools (Visio, Bizagi, and analogues)
- Programming experience
- Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, hash functions, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on one of the most cutting edge products in the fintech field
- Manage product expectations, requirements and releases
- Seek and describe optimal solutions to perform business processes
- Participate in the design and development of a new information system
- Gather and analyze system requirements, prepare descriptions for development
- Set tasks for the team
- Form a knowledge base (Confluence articles) with a description of the system algorithms
