Product Manager

**Responsabilities**:

- Translate customer needs into technical products
- Define and maintain product / platform strategy & roadmap with inputs from other functions including business development and innovation.
- Responsible for the standardization, harmonization and strategic alignment of similar product lines into platforms.
- Manage existing product / platform / product group throughout the whole life cycle (including product care activities for products in manufacturing phase).
- Assess and address technical risks and explore new ways of improving existing products based on a variety of external and internal feedback such as e.g. post market performance information, customer feedback, production efficiency data etc.
- Support the selection of technical solutions for quotations based on customer requirements. Act as gate keeper ensuring alignment between customer specific designs and their corresponding platform.
- Work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, quality assurance and operations so that product requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
- Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams.
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product and answer incoming questions about the product and its specifications.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and study competitors’ services and products.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 3 years of product and/or project management experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Strong technical / engineering background is required.
- Ability to coordinate all product related activities with cross-functional teams that include innovation, design, engineering, sales and marketing.
- Ability to use high quality organizational and project management skills to delegate, set objectives, prioritize and measure progress.
- Have skills and techniques to negotiate positively for mutual agreement on strategies, roadmap plans and key features.
