Join Us as a Regional HR Assistant 60%As a Regional HR Assistant, you'll manage HR administration processes across the entire employee lifecycleYou'll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queriesYour work will ensure compliance with Swiss regulations while supporting a smooth and efficient HR operationThis role is available as a part-time opportunity with 60% What you'll doIn this role, you'll provide operational HR support within agreed service timeframes, including:As well as this, you'll be:Managing core processes such as onboarding, transfers, offboarding, absence and leave management, contract preparation, and responding to employee and manager queriesMaintaining and updating employee files and records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory requirementsPreparing official documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations, and documentation for authorities (e.g., unemployment office, compensation office)Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring adherence to policies and practicesActing as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR systems and policiesCollaborating with global Payroll and HR Administration teams and supporting the local HR Business PartnerAssisting with HR projects and initiatives, including digitalization and processoptimizationThe skills you'll needTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:General HR experience in Switzerland, ideally within banking or financial servicesKnowledge of HR operational processes and systems (Workday experience preferred)Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Experience working in an international environmentA solid understanding of Swiss HR, labor, tax, and social security legislationWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team where your contributions matter.
