Job descriptionBe the first one to join our new team and help our clients achieve their goalsYour Role & Responsibility:Supporting the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the ergo technical system requirements.Developing the technical basis for the creation of project orders.Analysing the overall context of business processes, organisational structures, IT and material resources and identifying weak points.Eliciting, reviewing and documenting the technical needs and expectations of organisational units in their project plans; developing solution proposals and decision bases based on the recorded requirements.Developing proposals for optimisation options in terms of structural and process organisation.Translating business requirements into ICT requirements.Processing change requests from clients and project committees and preparing the relevant decision-making basis for further action.Preparing quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements.Evaluating and validating operational solutions with regard to the project specifications.Creating test cases; assessing and supporting user tests.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and presenting the results of this communication.Job requirementsRequired Technical & Professional Expertise5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.Hermes AdvancedCPRE (IREB) or equivalent.Fluent German and English skills.French is a big plus All doneYour application has been successfully submittedOther jobs
