Founded in Switzerland in 2018 by a group of clinicians, Bonebridge is committed to reducing complexity in orthopaedic trauma.For our team in Zurich, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a creative and drivenMarketing & Communications Manager (50-80%)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will help shape how we communicate our brand, products, and services. You will take ownership of various marketing initiatives, will help develop content, and explore new channels and opportunities.Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels, with a special focus on digital marketingWrite content for digital and print materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, website, social media, etc.)Develop ideas for digital storytelling – from short videos and social media content to presentations and interactive materials – and drive their executionDevelop assets and coordinate giveaways to support our presence at trade shows and eventsOversee the company website – structure, content updates, UX improvements, and SEOCoordinate content calendars, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity across platformsEnsure brand consistency in all communication materialsManage external service providers and ensure timely, high-quality deliverablesSupport internal communication and employer branding activitiesYOUR PROFILEBachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, linguistics, or any related field2-5 years of professional experience in marketing or communications, withstrong digital expertiseExcellent communication and writing skills in English and German are a mustExperience in website management, SEO, social media, and e-mail marketingExperience in managing digital tools and platforms (CMS, analytics tools, design tools)Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at onceA proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of esthetics and attention to detailInterest in medical technology and healthcare innovationWHAT WE OFFEROpportunity to make a direct impact in a growing medical device company focused on improving patient outcomesInsight into every aspect of an internationally active operation as part of a young and very dynamic teamA collaborative and supportive environment with room to develop personally and professionallyPlease send your complete application to.Since writing is an integral part of this job description, we ask that you provide1-2 writing samplesin Englishalongside your CV/letter of motivation.
