Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Group Communications Team is responsible to protect and reinforce METTLER TOLEDO’s brand through managing corporate design and messaging globally - across channels and platforms. Group Communications trains and consults internal clients in all aspects of Corporate Design, Writing, and Corporate Language. The team further supports Cross-Divisional Marketing programs. To strengthen our Group Communications team at our Global Headquarters in Greifensee, Switzerland, we seek a Group Communications and Marketing Project Manager.

Your responsibilities:

- You will manage assigned Group Communications (e.g. Data Asset Management Tool implementation) and X-Divisional marketing projects for METTLER TOLEDO, including their quality, stakeholder management and timelines
- You are responsible for the Data Asset Management program after the implementation and act as program for an AI video tool, and optimize Group Communications workflows and solutions
- Additionally, you support the Head of Group Communications and LAB Marketing with presentations for various internal stakeholders and meetings
- You manage Dashboard/reporting for Group Communications and prepare monthly updates and yearly overviews
- Moreover, you coordinate X-Divisional Marketing, Translations, POS and Value Selling programs and run and analyze customer surveys

What You Need to Succeed

Your profile:

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications fields with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management
- Your analytical and problem-solving skills and the experience in working in a matrix organization is a big advantage
- You are a self-motivated, dynamic, and creative team player with outstanding skills in relationship-, time
- and project management
- You are highly professional with the ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent oral and written English skills are a must
