This team ensures robust testing practices, compliance with standards, and advanced data analytics to support R&D projects for high-voltage products. The role focuses on testing coordination, best practice definition, and data-driven insights, while fostering strong collaboration with internal and external laboratories.How you'll make an impact Coordinate and oversee testing activities within R&D projectsDefine, maintain, and share best practices for testing methodologies, validation processes, and data analysisAct as the primary interface with internal and external laboratories, ensuring smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standardsLead a team of 7 regular FTEs and 1 intern, including R&D Test Engineers, Testing Design Specialists, and Data Analysts Drive data analysis initiatives to interpret test results and support design improvementsCollaborate with design teams, technology leads, and project managers to integrate validation and data insights into product developmentPromote continuous improvement in testing and data analysis tools, processes, and reporting systemsEnsure adherence to internal and external standards for high-voltage product testing and validation.
