Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Director / Managing Director of Portfolio Management to lead the strategic oversight and performance optimization of the firm's energy infrastructure investments. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, value enhancement, and risk management across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Key Responsibilities Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute portfolio management strategies to maximize returns and ensure alignment with the firm's investment objectives. Performance Monitoring: Oversee financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with senior management teams of portfolio companies, investors, and internal committees. Risk Management: Implement robust risk assessment frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and ESG standards. Value Creation: Drive initiatives for operational improvements, capital structure optimization, and strategic exits. Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Qualifications & Experience 12+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or operations within energy infrastructure or related sectors. Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure assets and delivering value creation strategies. Strong financial acumen with expertise in performance analysis, budgeting, and capital allocation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
