We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our client's Zurich-based team for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and brings a strategic mindset to complex partnership development. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end partner and supplier engagement, including contract negotiation, account planning, and issue resolution. Drive strategic partner prospecting, conduct industry research, and collaborate on product direction. Build and nurture relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams. Monitor business metrics, forecast impact, and uphold brand reputation. What we are looking for - 5-10 years of experience in Policy and/or Partnerships roles. Master's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience working with national and European authorities. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Familiarity with transportation data standards, ingestion, and interoperability. Ability to collaborate within a tech-driven environment and engage effectively with public authorities. Excellent communication, project planning, and analytical skills. Additional Details - Contract - 12 months Workload - 100% Location - Zurich, Switzerland Mode of work - Hybrid (Office presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
