In vista della prossima apertura di una prestigiosa boutique nel centro di Lugano, ricerchiamo un profilo di alto livello per il ruolo di Store Manager.

La figura sarà responsabile dell'avviamento e della gestione integrale del punto vendita, garantendo l'eccellenza operativa e il prestigio dell'immagine aziendale.

Responsabilità Primarie

  • Direzione Strategica: Definire e implementare le strategie commerciali volte al raggiungimento e al superamento dei target di vendita e dei KPI aziendali.
  • Gestione Risorse Umane: Coordinare, formare e supervisionare il personale di vendita, promuovendo una cultura orientata alla qualità e alla massima professionalità.
  • Eccellenza nel Servizio: Supervisionare la "Customer Journey", assicurando che ogni cliente riceva un'accoglienza e una consulenza sartoriale o di stile ai massimi livelli del settore.
  • Analisi e Reporting: Monitorare costantemente l'andamento dello store attraverso l'analisi dei dati, fornendo report periodici alla direzione generale.
  • Brand Stewardship: Curare meticolosamente il visual merchandising e l'ordine dello store, in conformità con le linee guida internazionali del marchio.

Requisiti Professionali

  • Esperienza: Consolidata esperienza pregressa (minimo 5 anni) nel ruolo di Store Manager, con focus specifico nel settore Menswear.
  • Competenze Linguistiche: Padronanza fluente della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese. La conoscenza del tedesco e/o del francese rappresenta un requisito preferenziale di grande rilievo.
  • Leadership: Spiccate doti di comando, carisma e capacità di gestione dei conflitti e dello stress.
  • Cultura del Prodotto: Profonda conoscenza dei tessuti, della vestibilità e delle dinamiche del mercato della moda maschile.
  • Standing: Immagine professionale impeccabile, in linea con i valori di eleganza e sobrietà del brand.

  • Inserimento in un contesto aziendale solido e in forte espansione.
  • Contratto di lavoro al 100%,commisurato alle effettive competenze del candidato.
