In vista della prossima apertura di una prestigiosa boutique nel centro di Lugano, siamo alla ricerca di un Assistant Store Manager motivato e professionale.

La figura supporterà lo Store Manager nella gestione quotidiana, garantendo l'efficienza operativa e l'eccellenza del servizio.

Responsabilità Primarie

  • Supporto Operativo: Coadiuvare lo Store Manager nella gestione del punto vendita e nella supervisione delle attività quotidiane.
  • Performance & KPI: Monitorare l'andamento delle vendite, contribuendo attivamente al raggiungimento dei target prefissati.
  • Leadership del Team: Motivare e supportare lo staff di vendita, fungendo da esempio nell'approccio al cliente.
  • Cura dello Store: Supervisionare l'ordine e il visual merchandising, assicurando che gli standard del brand siano costantemente rispettati.
  • Eccellenza nel Servizio: Supervisionare la "Customer Journey", assicurando che ogni cliente riceva un'accoglienza e una consulenza sartoriale o di stile ai massimi livelli del settore.

Requisiti Professionali

  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza nel retail moda uomo (preferibilmente di fascia alta/lusso).
  • Competenze Linguistiche: Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese. Altre lingue straniere costituiranno un titolo preferenziale.
  • Soft Skills: Eccellenti doti relazionali, spirito d'iniziativa e capacità di problem solving.

Condizioni Offerte

  • Inserimento in un contesto aziendale solido e in forte espansione.
  • Contratto di lavoro 80%- 100% , commisurato alle effettive competenze del candidato.
  • Sede di lavoro: Centro città, Lugano.
