Digital Asset Investment Product Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with Digital Asset investors (i.e. Foundations, Treasuries, Asset Managers, Funds, and Family Offices) seeking to deploy capital on-chain and to attract investments and liquidity to our platform.
Your expertise, industry knowledge, and relationships will play a critical role in expanding our investor base, increasing assets under management, and achieving our growth targets.
Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract Digital Asset investors (i.e. Foundations, Treasuries, Asset Managers, Funds, Fintechs) to the platform and deploy capital to the Obligate investment solutions.
  • Leverage your existing client base and industry relations to identify potential Digital Asset clients to lead investments on the platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the investment community, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Present and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our DLT-based debt securities, structured products, and yield strategies, highlighting their benefits, such as attractive returns, enhanced transparency, security, and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and anticipate investor needs.
  • Be consistent in follow-ups, lead commercial negotiations, and drive the investment closing process.
  • Provide ongoing support and engagement to partners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Continuously track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Extensive network and connections within the Digital Assets and Blockchain community (Foundations, Treasuries, Asset Managers, Funds, Wealth Managers, Fintechs).
  • Sales experience of at least 3 years with proven sales track record
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, structured products, investment strategies, risk management and on-chain investment solutions.
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and execution skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to fixed income and institutional investments.
  • Fluency in English is required; any other European language preferred.
