Who we are:

A medium sized, fully FINMA licenced and privately owned Swiss Trust company. We are looking for a Trust Administrator who is able to join us for an initial fixed term contract of 6 months to cover a maternity leave and share their experience gained in a previous Trust Administration role.

Role Purpose:

To ensure the responsive, detailed and accurate administration of Amity Partners Sarl Trust structures

Key Tasks: Job Description

  • Assist in the management of a varied portfolio of fiduciary structures (Companies and Trusts) for global clients, helping to monitor the structures from an administrative, financial and regulatory perspective
  • Engage directly with third party advisers eg lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants to provide excellent administration services.
  • Set up, take on and maintain client entities
  • Execute and understand compliance procedures and assist in the maintenance of client documentation
  • Organise, arrange and maintain banking facilities, payments and bank requests as required on behalf of client entities.
  • Work with internal accounts team to ensure efficient provision of information for preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Management of cash collection across the portfolio
  • Document management and file maintenance, drafting of resolutions, minutes, meeting notes and corporate documents
  • Engage with team members to ensure development and sharing of knowledge

Key Competencies

Reporting to the Trust Manager, the candidate will show a proactive and concise understanding of all client matters

Furthermore; they will;

·      Demonstrate a knowledge of Trust management basics gained in previous Trust administration role(s)

·      Share knowledge and ensure continuous professional development

·      Have a basic understanding of financial statements and their construction

·      Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. French is a strong advantage.
