Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsbewusste, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit als Finance Controller/in.

Das ist deine Aufgabe:

In dieser Funktion unterstehst du in direkter Linie dem CFO. Zum vielfältigen Aufgabengebiet gehören folgende Themen:

  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsbuchhaltung
  • Monatliches Reporting von Finanzkennzahlen an VR und Management
  • Unterstützung beim jährlichen Budget- und Forecastprozess
  • Wöchentliche und monatliche Auswertung der Mitarbeiter-Auslastung
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschluss
  • Konsolidierung der Gesellschaften in der emineo Gruppe
  • Regelmässiger Austausch mit dem Konzern-Controlling-Team in Deutschland
  • Mitwirkung bei der Fakturierung
  • Erstellen der MwSt.-Abrechnungen inkl. Umsatzabstimmung
  • Berechnen/Kontrolle der BAB
  • Erstellen einer Auswertung der Kundenrentabilität
  • Überwachung der Liquiditätsplanung
  • Einführung und Umsetzung IFRS-Rechnungslegung
Das bringst du mit:
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH/HF) oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung in Rechnungslegung/Controlling.
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, insbesondere ausgezeichnete Excel Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
  • Du bist eine initiative, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit und engagierst dich für die Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs
  • Du überzeugst mit deiner exakten Arbeitsweise sowie deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
