Suisse- BaarThe continuous global growth of Lotus Bakeries opens up a career opportunity for a finance professional with the ambition to combine Financial Controlling with Treasury, filling in this brand new role in our Swiss Headquarters in Baar, which already houses more than 35 colleagues and will be evolving further to a second international headquarters of the Lotus Bakeries Group. Thanks to it’s central location to the international markets, it is perfectly suited for our growing global workforce. In the role, you guarantee an effective and efficient follow-up and execution of financial controlling and compliance for two entities, Lotus Bakeries International und Schweiz, and our Corporate Venture Fund FF 2032. In addition, this role also includes the monitoring and the analysis of the international financial operations for the Lotus Bakeries Group.

- With Treasury being the main task in this role, you ensure an accurate execution and monitoring of all day-to-day international treasury operations, prepare the monthly financial reporting and analyze the financial results.
- You manage the intercompany loan portfolio and optimize the positions with the Lotus Bakeries Group. You prepare and monitor the short and long term cash planning and forecasting, keep track of the requests/required documents of banks and prepare the latest estimates and budgets.
- You are also responsible for the Financial controlling of all Swiss legal entities, including the monthly entity closing, preparation and analysis of statutory and fiscal results and assuring compliance to the group transfer pricing framework
- You analyze balance sheet items, provide accurate input on recurring and ad-hoc requests from Corporate Finance and analyse working capital and balance sheet items.
- You also follow-up the requirements and reporting for the entities, among which the compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations, supporting/leading audits and assuring correct VAT Treatments for the different flows.
- Overall, you develop a strong working relationship with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, for which you are able and willing to travel (mainly to our HQ in Lembeke, Belgium).

Profil

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

- A Master’s degree in Economics and/or Finance, if possible with an added academic focus on compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations (financial statements, financial governance, VAT, transfer pricing).
- About 5 years of relevant (Swiss) experience and knowledge in audit, controlling, banking or treasury in an international environment. Any experience in the above domains within FMCG is considered a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Stakeholder management is key in this position.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude combined with an analytical and critical mindset.
- A strong learning drive that helps you grow not only in this position but also in your career at Lotus Bakeries.
- An eye for detail and accuracy is a must, together with fluent language skill in English.
