Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.

For our client we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Regulatory) for seven months starting in April.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on matters relating to KVG, KVAG, and VVG
  • Prepare regulatory filings and submissions to FINMA
  • Liaise with authorities, including the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG)
  • Support projects in the product area, particularly supplementary insurance
  • Provide legal support in the area of regulatory health insurance law

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Swiss Master of Law degree; bar admission is an asset but not mandatory
  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Solid understanding of Swiss health and insurance law
  • Professional-level German skills
  • Experience liaising with regulatory authorities
