Fiera ist ein unabhängiges Beratungsunternehmen mit Fokus auf Debt Advisory.

Wir begleiten Immobilieninvestoren, Unternehmer und KMU bei der Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Finanzierungslösungen – strategisch, individuell und mit einem tiefen Verständnis für Märkte und Kapitalstrukturen. Unser Ziel: Finanzierungslösungen, die nachhaltig zum Erfolg unserer Kunden beitragen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die bei uns tief in Projekte eintaucht und Verantwortung übernehmen möchte – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.

Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Mitarbeit bei anspruchsvollen Finanzierungsprojekten in den Bereichen Immobilien, KMU, Nachfolge und Wachstum
  • Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen, Jahresabschlüssen und Kapitalstrukturen
  • Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung individueller Finanzierungslösungen und deren Umsetzung
  • Erstellung von professionellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Finanzierungsdossiers und Infomemoranden
  • Direkter Kontakt zu Banken, Investoren und alternativen Finanzierungspartnern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Projektteam mit Kundenkontakt

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Bank- oder Treuhandlehre mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung, oder
  • Weiterbildung oder Abschluss einer Universität, Fachhochschule oder Höherer Fachschule im Bereich Finanz, Wirtschaft, Immobilien oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Vorteil: Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
    – z. B. aus Banking, Corporate Finance, Buchhaltung, Treuhand oder Controlling
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Affinität für unternehmerische Fragestellungen und ein professioneller Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse
  • Keine Lust auf Akquise? Perfekt – der Fokus liegt auf der fachlichen Arbeit, nicht auf Sales
