They are looking for an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Specialist to join the Global Operations Enablement team. In this role, you'll help optimize O2C processes, support ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce), and assist with process documentation and improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. ## Job Description ## * Support the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring smooth integration across systems and regions. * Assist in process documentation (SOPs, process flows, data mappings). * Participate in O2C improvement projects, helping with planning, coordination, and reporting. * Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment during system updates. * Contribute to ERP/CRM transformation initiatives (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce). ## The Successful Applicant ## * \ 3 years of experience in operations, order management, or process support. * Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred). * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Interest in process optimization and digital tools. * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. ## What's on Offer ## * Join a high-growth, purpose-driven company with a global footprint * Work in a collaborative, innovative, and design-led environment * Opportunity to shape and scale global operations processes Quote job ref JN Job Function Accounting, Audit & Advisory, Tax and Treasury Specialisation Business Analysis / Systems Analysis Industry Retail Location Zürich Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN Job Nature Home Office
