About Our Client
Our client is a well recognized, dynamic and innovative brand with a strong hiring pipeline. In order to support the wider TA function we are looking for an experienced TA lead who can help build and lead an additional temporary TA team for 2026.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior Product & Design roles across international markets
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ recruiters and sourcing specialists and coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Partner with senior Product leadership to define hiring strategies and influence decision-making
  • Design and deliver premium candidate experiences in collaboration with coordination and hiring teams
  • Drive consistency and excellence across recruitment processes, tools, and standards
  • Use data and insights to guide hiring decisions and continuously improve funnel performance
  • Represent the brand externally in senior talent markets and contribute to employer branding efforts
  • Collaborate on broader talent initiatives, working cross-functionally with TA operations and talent brand teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8+ years of experience in senior-level recruiting, ideally within product, design, or innovation functions
  • Proven track record of hiring Director/VP-level talent in fast-paced or global environments
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing recruitment teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Passionate about candidate experience and process excellence
  • Comfortable working with data and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday)
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in dynamic environments
  • English: fluent
