Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on managing goods receipt processes, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting logistics operations. This position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming goods from receipt inspection to proper storage.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of goods received and record entries in SAP.
  • Archive all relevant documentation to ensure traceability.
  • Maintain and update material master data for quality assurance.
  • Sample raw materials in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Operate warehouse machinery, including complex conveyor systems.
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal customers.
  • Provide flexible support across central logistics teams.
  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing intralogistics processes.
  • Support EWM integration testing for logistics processes prior to operational launch.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or logistics-related vocational training, preferably as a certified logistics specialist or CPT laboratory technician.
  • Practical experience with SAP modules (EWM, WM, MM).
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and adaptability.
  • Forklift license is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in English.
