Logistics specialist for a 5 months contract
role based in Visp,
Valais area
, Switzerland.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung der Warenanlieferungen von der Wareneingangskontrolle bis zur korrekten Lagerung.
  • Kontrolle der Wareneingänge bezüglich Qualität und Quantität und deren Wareneingangsbuchungen im SAP
  • Korrektes Archivieren aller relevanten Wareneingangsdokumente und Daten zwecks Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Rückverfolgbarkeit
  • Qualitätssicherung und Aktualisierung von relevante Materialstammdaten
  • Bemusterung von Rohstoffen unter GMP
  • Bedienen von Lagermaschinen inkl. komplexer Fördertechnik
  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Kunden
  • Flexible Tätigkeitsunterstützung in bereichsübergreifende Logistik Teams der Zentral-Logistik
  • Unterstützung laufender Überprüfung der Intralogistik-Prozesse inkl. der korrekten Umsetzung von internen und bereichsübergreifend Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Bis zum operativen Start von BioLOG: Unterstützung bei Durchführung der EWM-Integrationstest für die oben genannten Prozesse

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, logistische (bevorzugt Logistikfachmann/frau) oder CPT/Laboranten Berufsausbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis und haben idealerweise bereits 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Pharmaunternehmen
  • Sie verfügen über praktische Erfahrung mit SAP EWM / WM / MM
  • Sie sind flexibel, kommunikativ, belastbar und zuverlässig
  • Besitz des Staplerausweises vorteilhaft
  • Bereitschaft zum flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodel
  • Englischkenntnisse runden ihr Profil ab
