ESG Reporting Manager

For our client, an international company in the oil & gas sector, we are looking for an :
ESG Reporting Manager
Main responsabilities :
- Evolve the ESG reporting strategy and drive implementation across global regulations (CSRD, human rights and environmental due diligence reporting...)
- Lead the annual double materiality assessment and support EU Taxonomy alignment.
- Streamline reporting workflows and produce core disclosures, including ESG reports and external sustainability statements.
- Work directly with external auditors and elevate our audit readiness through strong process documentation.
- Help internal departments optimise ESG data collection and management.
- Partner with portfolio companies to ensure reporting approaches are robust and fit for purpose.
- Validate KPI data submitted by investment companies.
- Analyse ESG and GHG performance: benchmarking, interpreting trends, and preparing executive-level insights.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience in a similar role, including at least 5 years in industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled problem-solver with a pragmatic approach.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Genuine passion for ESG and regulatory reporting.
