ESG Analyst

We are looking for an ESG Analyst (H/F/X), for our client, an international company in the commodities trading industry based in Geneva, to join its corporate structure for a permanent role :

Mission

• You contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ESG reporting in line with CSRD, GRI and other relevant frameworks
• You collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather non-financial data and ensure the reliability and consistency of ESG-related metrics
• You will support the preparation of sustainability reports and provide insight to enhance transparency and regulatory alignment
• You analyse ESG trends and regulatory developments to help shape the group's sustainability strategy
• You participate in cross-functional projects to embed ESG considerations into operational and strategic decisions
• You assist in the communication of ESG performance to external stakeholders and rating agencies

Profile

• You have a solid understanding of ESG frameworks, including CSRD, GRI, and other international standards
• You bring prior experience working in ESG reporting, ideally in a multinational or commodities-related environment
• You are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong data handling and reporting skills
• You communicate fluently in English; French is a strong asset
• You are proactive and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• You will be comfortable working cross-functionally and interacting with senior-level stakeholders
