WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Reporting to the Risk and Compliance Director, you are a key member of the team to guarantee an appropriate level of control environment within the Maison. You support operational teams and support functions in the management of their risks and the implementation of appropriate controls.

In This Function, You Will

  • Support teams in the identification and assessment of risk. You will design and implement new processes, advise teams about their risks assessment, coordinate the audit and control the good execution.
  • Animate and monitor the assessment of internal controls, train teams involved in the performance of controls and conduct control testing.
  • Build new internal control standards and framework about different topics: ESG, legal and product compliance.
  • Develop and lead new projects to guide our growth business.
