An established, tech-driven investment firm is hiring a
Head of Risk
to lead and scale its global risk function as the business grows.

We're looking for a
senior risk leader (10+ years)
from a
multi-PM platform, hedge fund, or trading environment
, with
strong exposure to quantitative and systematic strategies
—ideally including
statistical arbitrage or market-making
.

This is a
strategic, front-office role
working directly with the
CIO, COO, PMs, and quants
, shaping how the firm measures, manages, and scales risk across global markets.

You'll:

  • Design and evolve a scalable enterprise risk framework across all asset classes
  • Partner with PMs and trading teams to analyze exposures and manage capital in real time
  • Build and enhance risk models, tools, and dashboards for systematic strategies
  • Drive innovation in quantitative risk analytics and modeling
  • Support growth into new strategies and markets with robust, adaptive systems

You bring:

  • 10+ years in risk management at a hedge fund, multi-PM, or trading firm
  • Hands-on experience with systematic, stat arb, or market-making strategies
  • Deep understanding of model-driven portfolio construction and real-time analytics
  • Proven leadership and collaboration with PMs, quants, and senior stakeholders.
