Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Lausanne Metropolitan Area. As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to managing hiring processes. You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering a mutual understanding of their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting strategies
  • Strong skills in Hiring processes and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience in recruitment within the technology or IT sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
