**About the role**:
Are you a recruitment expert/entrepreneur and enjoy searching and recruiting brilliant profiles? Crisalix is looking for an experienced **International Sales Recruiter** **recruiting the best talent in the market to join our fantastic team. Some of the things you would be doing are:

- Complete recruitment Sales / Commercial processes
- Manage international recruitment platforms and other powerful recruitment sites

**Requisitos**:

- 5 years of experience in recruiting worldwide.
- Strong knowledge of all stages in a recruitment process.
- Background in working with other software companies, start-up experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience
- Proactive, flexible attitude and creative thinker.
- Quick learner, efficient, hard worker.
- Comfortable with dynamic and changing priorities.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus
