In this role, you will craft compelling product narratives, enhance user engagement, and drive product adoption.

**What you will do**:
‍**Product Positioning and Messaging**:

- Defining and refining the platform’s unique value propositions (USPs).
- Developing messaging tailored to technical decision-makers, engineering managers, and CAE engineers.
- Translating complex product features into user-centric benefits for multiple audiences.
- Contributing to technological and commercial watch

**User Engagement and Growth**:

- Designing and implementing programs that allow users to drive user acquisition and adoption, such as trials, webinars, and hands-on sessions.
- Identifying existing content, editing and collaborating with the product team as needed to refine material for these programs.
- Helping manage logistics, marketing, and materials.
- Overseeing the development and distribution of product newsletters.

**Sales Enablement**:

- Contributing to the creation of sales tools like pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer case studies.
- Working with the product team to highlight new features and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Collaborating with the sales team to address content gaps and provide tailored materials.
- Supporting ROI-focused storytelling in sales assets.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to refine messaging.

**Who you are**:
Your qualifications include:

- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing within SaaS or AI-driven enterprise solutions
- A proven track record of driving user adoption and creating impactful marketing assets
- Hands-on experience in delivering technical webinars or training sessions
- The ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-friendly messaging
- A strong understanding of CAE, AI, or engineering workflows to facilitate effective collaboration with product teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute events successfully
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to deliver value efficiently

In this 30-45 online minutes interview, we will get to know you, understand what is important for you and introduce the company.

**Technical interviews**:
This stage consists of several interviews. Depending on the position, it will include a code challenge, a home project and/or an online technical interview.

**Assessment day**:
It is important for us to meet you in person. The final phase is the assessment day which is on-premises and lasts around 3 hours. You will meet your future colleagues, have a technical and people discussion.
