**About the job**:
The Director, Market Access Europe will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies to ensure successful commercialization and reimbursement of our products across European markets. This person will define and deliver product and therapy reimbursement strategies and plans inform reimbursement-related product requirements and create and deliver the payor-relevant clinical and economic evidence required to succeed.

**Responsibilities***Develop and execute market access strategies and plans for ONWARD Medical products in European markets, including in collaboration with third-party partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payors, health authorities, and other decision-makers.
- Represent Onward Medical in reimbursement submissions, negotiations and other payor interactions.
- Provide strategic input into product development, evidence generation and commercialization plans to maximize market access opportunities.
- Train and coach organization on payor needs, including developing customer-level product requirements related to reimbursement objectives in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Lead reimbursement activities to optimize product access and affordability and provide input into value proposition and pricing initiatives.
- Design and manage relevant real-world evidence, health economics and outcomes research studies required by payors, in collaboration with third-party partners.
- Monitor and analyze market access, HTA and policy trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical, to ensure alignment on market access and market development strategies.
- Represent ONWARD Medical at conferences, meetings, and other events to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the market access field.**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree required (health economics, health policy, business, marketing, or science-related field preferred); advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or related area within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of obtaining reimbursement, funding, and HTA evaluations in one or more of the following European markets: France, the UK, Germany, and/or the Netherlands.
- Experience in implantable medical technology required; experience also in DME preferred.
- Strong knowledge of European healthcare systems, market access processes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to deliver relevant evidence packages. Sound understanding of HEOR and RWE methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for improving patient access to innovative medical products.
- Global outlook and experience in cross-cultural business environment.
- Ethical person, with positive outlook and unshakeable can-do attitude.
