The Position

Im Bereich Basel Biotech Manufacturing stellen wir pharmazeutische Wirkstoffe her. Zur Produktion von Antikörpern haben wir am Standort Basel moderne, hochautomatisierte Produktionsanlagen. Die Herstellung und Durchführung dieser Prozesse finden unter Einhaltung von cGMP statt.

Die Möglichkeit:

  • Mitarbeit in der Produktion im Upstream- und Downstream-Processing

  • GMP-gerechte Durchführung der Produktionsansätze

  • GMP-konforme Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen

  • Elektronische Dokumentation im Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

  • Störungsbehebung im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

  • Unterstützung bei Wartung und Instandhaltung von Anlagen und Geräten

  • Schichtarbeit: USP 3/3/3, DSP 6/4


Wer Sie sind:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant oder Pharmatechnologe.

  • Sie bringen fundiertes GMP-Verständnis mit und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Pharma- oder Biotechnologieproduktion.

  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Produktionsanlagen im Produktionsmaßstab.

  • Sie sind offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragen konventionelle Denkmuster.

  • Sie arbeiten leistungsorientiert, teamfähig und respektvoll in einer kooperativen Umgebung.

  • Sie handeln qualitäts- und sicherheitsbewusst und behalten stets die Standards im Blick.

  • Sie sind flexibel, anpassungsfähig, und haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch ist von Vorteil).
