Process Operator - Chemikant Pilotanlage

Ihre Rolle:
Sie betreiben im Tagdienst anspruchsvolle Gas-Flüssig-Reaktionsprozesse mit kritischen Stoffen im Pilotmaßstab. Je nach Profil (Chemikant oder Elektro/Automation) setzen Sie unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte im sicheren, effizienten und dokumentierten Betrieb unserer Versuchsanlagen.
Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Pilotversuchen (15–50 L) inkl. Vorbereitung von
    Einsatzstoffen, Rüst- und Dichtheitskontrollen sowie An- und Abfahren der Anlage.
  • Überwachung, Steuerung und lückenlose Dokumentation (Batch-/Betriebsprotokolle) in
    enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Verfahrensentwicklung.
  • Konsequent gelebte Betriebs- und Arbeitssicherheit (SOPs, PSA) sowie Ordnung &
    Sauberkeit im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Wartung, Störungsbehebung und Mitwirkung bei Infrastruktur-, Verbesserungs- und
    Investitionsprojekten.
  • Führen von Gas-Flüssig-Reaktionen (z.?B. Hydrierungen) inkl. Prozessanalytik (pH,
    Temperatur, Druck, Durchfluss) und Probenzug.
  • Aufarbeiten von Produkten Rohstoff-/Hilfsstoff-Handling. (Filtration, Destillation, Kristallisation)
  • Instandhaltung, Prüfung und Kalibrierung von Sensorik/Aktorik (Druck, Temperatur,
    Durchfluss, Waagen, Ventile).
  • First-Level-Support für SPS/Leitsystem (Siemens S7/TIA Portal oder ABB, HMI/SCADA),
    Fehlersuche an Schaltschränken, Frequenzumrichtern und Feldgeräten.
  • Mitgestaltung von Automations-Anpassungen (Signaltest, I/O-Check) in Pilotanlagen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Chemikant oder Chemie- & Pharmatechnologe, oder
    als Industrieelektriker/Automationsfachperson (oder gleichwertig)
  • Technisches Verständnis, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und handwerkliches Geschick; Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil.

Nice-to-haves

  • Erfahrung mit Gas-Flüssig-Reaktionen (z.?B. Hydrierung), Druckapparaten und Pilotanlagen.
  • Praxis in Mess- & Regeltechnik, Kalibrierung sowie Lesen von R&I-Schemata.
  • Grundkenntnisse in ATEX/Ex-Schutz und Chemikaliensicherheit.
