In this role, you will support various stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in various production tasks, including trimming, packaging, and processing of cannabis productsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocolsMonitor production equipment for proper operation and report issues to supervisorsEnsure accurate labeling and documentation of productsParticipate in quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standardsWork collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goalsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to remain standing and perform physical tasks continuously throughout an entire shiftAbility to lift up to 25kgPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing role is an advantageB2+ level in English; abilities in German, Spanish or French are an advantageEligibility to work in Switzerland without visa sponsorshipWork ConditionsOnsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen45 hour working week, 7 am to 4 pm shifts including breaksBenefitsOpportunity to gain experience in one of the fastest growing industriesClear career progressionCompetitive salarySupportive international team environmentOpportunity to choose between full-time employment and flexible contract for 3-6 months
