Für unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche in Deutschland, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Application Production Support Specialist (remote).

Als Application Production Support Specialist stellen Sie sicher, dass die Anwendungen unserer Business Lines zuverlässig und effizient laufen. Sie übernehmen sowohl technische als auch funktionale Unterstützung, überwachen Systeme und Prozesse und tragen aktiv zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Nutzererfahrung bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Anwendungen für die Business Lines
  • Technische und funktionale Unterstützung für Endnutzer
  • Überwachung und Implementierung von System- und Prozesskontrollen
  • Analyse und Monitoring von Anwendungsdaten (Logs, Events, Traces) zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen und technischen Frameworks
  • Koordination von Releases und Batch-Verarbeitungen
  • Integration von Anwendungen in bestehende Produkte und Services
  • Unterstützung bei funktionalen Upgrades und Lastabschätzungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Betrieb, Business Lines)

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in IT-Betrieb und Produktionssteuerung
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Risiken und Cybersecurity
  • Vertraut mit IT Operating Tools wie Ordonance, Middleware, Production Tools Service Now
  • Vertraut mit Technischen Tools wie Netzwerkprotokolle (Unix, Windows), Shell-Scripting, Middleware (Apache Kafka, MQ Series)
  • Methodenkenntnisse in ITIL, DRP
  • Fliessend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
