Oracle 1st / 2nd Level Application Supporter
Your Responsibilities:
- Regular execution of system and software maintenance tasks on IT infrastructure at customer site
- Collaboration with operations control centers, IT departments, and relevant customer interfaces
- System monitoring to detect issues in a timely manner
- System analysis, including troubleshooting
- IT escalation management in coordination with the customer support team
- Providing expertise and consulting in case of system disruptions
Your Profile:
- Education in IT or relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL
- Experience with.NET/C# (Oracle Data Provider for.NET)
- Passion for helping customers to resolve IT issues
- Willingness to do shift work (includes weekends)
- Fluent in French, combined with either excellent English or German skills
