Während deines sechsmonatigen Internships wirst du Teil unseres Talent & Culture Teams und erhältst spannende Einblicke in vielseitige HR-Bereiche.

Deine Mission
:

  • Du übernimmstVerantwortung für administrative HR-Prozesse, z. B. Verträge, Zeugnisse,Personaldatenpflege.
  • Du unterstützt im Recruiting, z. B. bei Pre-Calls, Terminplanung und der Pflege unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems.
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Anfragen im HR Helpdesk.
  • Du koordinierst dasOnboarding neuer Mitarbeitender, von Einladungen bis zu IT-Setups undWillkommens-Paketen.
  • Du kümmerst dich umPostbearbeitung, Badge-Management und die digitale Ablage von HR-Dokumenten.
  • Du hilfst bei derPlanung von Weiterbildungen und unterstützt bei internen Events undEngagement-Initiativen.
  • Du bringst dich inHR-Projekte, Employer Branding, Reporting und Datenanalysen ein.
  • Du wirkst bei derPflege von Richtlinien, Vorlagen und Compliance-Dokumentationen mit.

Du
:

  • studierst aktuell Psychologie oder ein verwandtes Fach im Bachelor oder Master, oder hast dein Studium kürzlich abgeschlossen.
  • hast idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung gesammelt, vorzugsweise im HR.
  • interessierst dich für People-Themen und nachhaltige, pflanzenbasierte Ernährung.
  • begeisterst dich für den Einsatz von KI im HR und nutzt neue Tools, um Prozesse smarter und wirkungsvoller zu gestalten.
  • arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und bringst echten Teamspirit mit.
  • denkst strukturiert, organisierst dich gut und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
  • kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich wie mündlich.
  • fühlst dich wohl in einem Umfeld mit Dynamik, Wachstum und Veränderung.
